Listen, with all the talk in the press lately about the impending financial crisis, talk of the best performing Japanese companies reducing their profit forecast or operating at a loss, everyone is forgetting that life is not all about work, work & work.

I’m not making light if the current situation but on weekends everyone wants and needs to enjoy their free time and have some fun. Clearing your mind on the weekend makes it easier to find solutions to problems during the workweek. When times were good, you could afford to take the family on a overseas trip or to an amusement park. But in light of the current times, everyone is holding back on spending, even me!

One way to keep up the fun and not break the bank is to have a BBQ party with family and friends. It’s easy to do and you probably already know the basic steps but now it’s easier and more convenient with a gas BBQ grill from California Patio.

It’s New Year’s day and we’re having crab legs for dinner.  The crab is precooked but according to the preparation notes included in the box, you should grill the crab to make it taste better.  But how are we going to fit the crab legs inside of our normal kitchen broiler? We tried, look at the picture below, they just don’t fit.

It’s time to use our BBQ grill again. In the middle of winter!

Just heat up the grill for a few minutes and throw on the legs. They fit just right on the gas BBQ grill. Grill for five minutes on each side and you’re done. BBQ crab legs… Delicious.
